Spelt-walnut bread

Ingredients: 


500g spelt flour

4 hands full of walnuts

270ml warm water

1 cube of fresh yeast 

1 tbs olive oil

2 teaspoons sea salt

Preparation: 

Mix up all together and let sit for 30 minutes. 

Then put the walnuts in and let sit again for 20min. 

After it form it into a loaf and put it in the pre-heated oven with 200 degrees circulation.
