Gluten-free grain bread

Ingredients: 

145g gluten free oat flakes (you can also use spelt oat flakes if you like to )

75g sunflower seeds

60g pumpkin seeds

90g flax seed

35g chopped hazelnuts

30g chopped almonds

2 teaspoons chia seeds

3 teaspoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1tablespoon honey 

350ml water

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together

Let it sit for one night

bake it first for 20 min. in the baking pan at 175 degrees top and bottom heat

after 20 minutes put it out of the baking pan and bake it again for 35 minutes.
