As we all know food can heal in the right way. Especially in the case of endometriosis. But you have to find out which diet is good for you and your body, because every body is different. What works for one woman may not work for another.
At HPC Food Club we want to give you some new recipes and inspirations for meals you can make. The recipes we post are mostly anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, sugar-free and without diary. But don't worry for all the babes out there we also have recipes that contain some of the things mentioned.
