Gluten free pasta with prawns in white wine sauce


1 package of king prawns

1 hand full of rosemary

1 hand full of thyme

2 gloves of garlic

1 teaspoon provencal herbs

1 lemon

500g gluten free spaghetti

500ml white wine

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper


Start with the prawns. Put some olive oil in a big pot and when it is hot put the garlic and the provencal herbs in it. After that insert the prawns. 

When the prawns are ready put the thyme and rosemary on top of the prawns. After that put the lemon slices on top of the herbs and fill it up with the white wine and let it start to cook to a rapid boil. After that left it simmer until it is boiled down. 

In the meantime put some water, salt and olive oil on the stove for the spaghetti and let them cook until they are ready. 

Then when the prawns with the white wine are boiled down remove the herbs and lemon. Insert the spaghetti and mix it all up. 

Now it is ready to serve. 

TIP -> when the spaghetti water starts to boil you can let the prawns and white wine boil down so that both is ready at the same time.
