Vegetarian Pack Choi with Rice

Ingredients:

1 red belt pepper

1 baby pack choi

4 scallions

250 ml Teriyaki sauce 

250g rice

Preparation: 

Start with cooking the rice. 

While the rice is cooking chop the belt pepper, pack choi and scallions. 

When there is 5 min. left of the cooking of the rice heat up the teriyaki sauce in a pan.

When the teriyaki sauce is cooking insert the chopped vegetables and roast it gently until it is well done.
