250g cherry tomatoes
500ml pasteurized tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 provencal herbs
1 tbs olive oil
2 teaspoons sea salt
salt, pepper and some chili flakes
Wash the tomatoes and slenderize them.
Mince the garlic and cube the shallot.
Put some olive oil in the pot and roast the garlic, shallot and provencal herbs gently.
when you can smell the herbs insert the pasteurized herbs in the pot.
When it cooks, mix it with the slenderized tomatoes.
Spice it with some salt and pepper
Let it bring to the boil and then let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
For the final taste you can add some chili flakes for the spice you want to have.
