Vegan Berry Crumble
Ingredients:
500g frozen berries
2 teaspoons of flax and chia seeds
4 tablespoons of gluten free flour
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon coconut oil
rolled oats as much as needed for getting the crumbles
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees circulating air.
Mix the frozen berries with the chia and flex seeds.
Then mix all the other ingredients together and put it on top of the berries.
Put it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the crumbles are golden/brown.
TIP -> you can use yoghurt as topping
