Salmon Roll

Ingredients:

125g arugula

150g herb or dill cheese spread 

200g salmon 

200g gluten free flour

3 eggs

500ml milk 

one dash of sparkling water 

Preparation: 

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat.

Mix eggs, milk, flour and sparkling water together until it gets a smooth batter. 

Put the batter on an oven pan and bake it for 12 minutes.

When it is ready let it cool down. 

When the base is cold put the cheese spread, then the salmon and finally the arugula on it. 

For the final step you just have to roll it.
