Vegetables from the oven
1 red belt pepper
3 gloves garlic
25g roasted pine nuts
salt & pepper
1 tablespoon herbes provincials
optional 250g feta
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree top and bottom heat.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
put olive oil to the vegetables until they are covered with oil and spice them with the herbs, salt and pepper.
Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes.
Tip -> During summer when it is hot outside it can be eaten cold as antipasti. As cold dish it is also a good side dish for BBQ, but also tastes good hot to BBQ.
