Socca

Ingredients: 

200ml chickpea flour 

200ml water 

1 teaspoon rosemary

3 tablespoon olive oil 

salt & pepper

1 small garlic clove

Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients together and let sot overnight.

Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree top and bottom heat. 

Use a pan, put some separate olive oil in it and put it in the oven until it the oil is hot.

When the oil is hot put the socca batter in the pan and let it bake for 10 minutes.

Pro Tip-> Eat it with some olive oil and provencal herbs on it. Or you can use it as base for your salad. It also tastes good with other toppings.
