Mint - Tomato Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients: 

 

250g cherry tomatoes 

2 bunch of mint

2 bars of lemongrass

2 tablespoon of roasted onions

4 tablespoon olive oil

salt & pepper

500g smoked salmon with lemon or dill

Preparation: 

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Wash the mint and cut the leaves in half.

Wash the lemon grass and cut it in slices.

Heat up the smoked salmon.

Mix the tomatoes, mint, lemon grass, olive oil and some salt and pepper together. 

Use the roasted onions to embellish the salad.

When the salmon is heated up, you can serve it with the salad.
