Apple Cinnamon Snack Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/2 small apples (200g)
200g gluten free oat flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey, agave syrup or xylitol
Preparation:
Start with pre-heating the stove at 160 degree top and bottom heat.
Mix 100g oat flakes with cinnamon and apples and mix it in a blender.
When you have a smooth paste mix it with the last 100g oat flakes and sweetener.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Use a teaspoon to separate the mixture in little portions and form little balls out of it.
Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the balls around.
Tip -> When you form the balls wet your hands from time to time, because the mixture can stick on your hands.
