Anti-inflammatory face mask

who does not love to make a girls night? Just talking, eating some snacks, a really good film or series and spa treatments. It is just quality time and fuels up your batteries.
When we do the snacks for the girls night, why not do the face mask by ourself?
I want to give you a quick recipe fo an anti-inflammatory face mask.
Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp matcha powder
1/2 tbsp honey (if you want to boost the effect you can take manuka honey)
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp water
Preparation:
Just mix it all together and put it on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes.
But why is there matcha in it? Matcha is an antioxidant green tea and has a lot of anti-inflammatory properties. The mask detoxes your face and the honey and coconut oil hydrates your skin.
