Eating healthy fats

Hi loves,

as you already might have heard fats are good for our body. But there are a lot of different sorts of fats, so which one is the healthiest or the best for us?

It is known that unsaturated fatty acid is the best for us. Unsaturated fatty acid contain of linolenic acid, gamma linolenic acid and omega 3 fatty acid. These unsaturated fatty acids can produce anti-inflammatory prostaglandins.

You can find the good fatty acids in:

- sesame

- flaxseeds

- chia seeds

- hemp seeds

- sunflower seeds

- pumpkin seeds

- nuts

- cold-pressed oils (especially cold-pressed olive oil for cooking)

- marine fish

- poultry

- avocados

- olives

- coconut pulp

Negative fatty acids are trans fats. They destroy your cell walls and are a stumbling bloc for the production of the production of anti-inflammatory prostaglandin. Trans fats can be found in fried dishes and hardened fat. Alternatives for hardened fat can be coconut oil.
