self care is such an important theme. We always forget to practice it and do forget to love our self and our body.
Self care varies from person to person and every body has to find out what helps them. For some it is doing yoga before breakfast or hearing their favorite song in the morning or just to take a minute before doing something stressful.
Self care is practicing kindness towards yourself on all days, not just the good days, but more specifically the bad days It is hard to love yourself on the bad days, the days you have bad cramps, feel like a spoonie or just can't move.
Every day we should remind us how strong we are and do one thing that makes us happy.
